Equipment is produced by military factories, while ships are built by dockyards. The navy and air force also require men and equipment, including the actual warships and warplanes that are used in combat. These divisions require equipment and manpower to fight properly. For the ground forces, the player may train, customize, and command divisions consisting of various types of infantry, tanks, and other units. A nation's military is divided between naval forces, aerial forces, and ground forces. The player may play as any nation in the world in the 1936 or 1939 start dates in singleplayer or multiplayers, although the game is not designed to go beyond 1950. Dany and Aegon had one child, Rhaegar, but unfortunately he was stillborn.Hearts of Iron IV is a grand strategy wargame that primarily revolves around World War II.

The only claimants we have for the throne are Dany's husband and nephew Aegon, plus Myrcella and Tommen, though they are still currently stuck in the dungeons. After the War for the Dawn, Mance "the Handsome" has declared war on the Night's Watch a couple of times, but was beaten back each time by Jon Snow. During the war, the Old Bear passed away in his sleep, and was succeeded by Thoren Smallwood, whom was unfortunately killed by a White Walker, leaving Jon Snow to take over and win the war, with the help of his brother in Winterfell.īeyond the Wall: The Wildlings fought the Walkers, with Mance Rayder still as their leader. The Wall: At the Wall there was the War for the Dawn some years, dismissed by Mathian, who does not deal with Snarks and Grumpkins. Vale: In the Vale we have Robert Arryn, somehow still alive, and going by the "Bold", he's unmarried as of yet, but I imagine it won't be long. Stormlands: The Stromlands are still held by Lord Kerric Kennington, whom is now (somehow) Warden of the North, but seems to be regretting his allegiance to Dany, despite the lands she gave him. Garlan isn't doing much of anything, and Margaery died of dysentery.ĭorne: Doran died some years ago, and was succeeded by Arianne, who ended up marrying Oberyn. The Reach: Mace Tyrell still rules in the Reach, now known as "the Unchaste." Willas looks fit to inherit, and Loras is currently Lord of Manderford, married, and with two children. The Ironborn occasionally raid the Westerosi coasts, but beyond that seem to leave the world alone, and the world repays the favour. Iron Islands: Here we still have Iron King Victarion ruling, King for around 9 years after victory in a Kingsmoot.

No screenshots unfortunately guys, I've played quite a bit ahead of where we are in the write up, and I stupidly started in Ironman, so no going back I'm afraid, however I am happy to present the state of Westeros as it stands in the narrative so far!
